In a recent appearance review board (ARB) meeting the advisory board reviewed a 144 unit, 13 story residential building with integrated parking in 6 story podium.
The Vive apartments pushed for a Courtesy Review form the ARB for a mixed-use high-rise development.
A one story office building and parking lot currently occupy the site and is to be demo'd for the redevelopment.
The apartments will provide 144 micro rental units. Two one bed unit types will be available ranging from 373SQFT-44SQFT.
